I think, there is a mistake in the note of LF_grade determination.
The guide says that the criterion 3 is included in the criterion 2, so that′s why his weight is not included in the applicable total but is weight is 4
if I add up all criterions applicable total is 170 , so 170-4=164, not 163! or maybe there is another susbtration...
