I can see that the maximun number of records covered by the template is 1000. Is there a way to increase this number, or do I need to run a second template, to include all the components (1400 ish) and then add the failure rates?

Good morning,
There is no solution to extend the number of rows for input in the electronic component tab.
If several components have the same characteristics and stress it is possible to merge them by increasing the amount.
Otherwise the only solution is actually to duplicate the input sheet and fill in different components between the two sheets.
Although people are affected by this problem, the next tool will no longer include this type of limitation.
