The guide covers about 70 - 80% of the components families. The families not treated are the less used but they will be treated as soon as possible.

Yes for the ASIC. Transformers, crystal quartz oscillators on electronic cards are taken in account. The hybrids can be treated as the electronic cards.
Yes, the FIDES methodology is already a French standard, the UTE C-80811 (http://www.ute-fr.com/), and will be proposed as an international standard.
