I am working on reliability of a semiconductor system, therefore I am looking at different reliability prediction methodologies. I do not see the effect of interaction of components on each other on system reliability. I wonder if you have information about any study of this subject.

What do you mean exactly? Do you refer to the fact that some components don′t work well together because they are not really compatible (sometimes despite clamed compatibility)?
Indeed this kind of problems are design problems. The design quality is assessed as a whole, global factor in FIDES (process factor). I do not now any reliability methodology that take that into account in a ′better′ way than FIDES.
Could you please ask your question in a more precise way ? Do you have clues of methodologies that answer (or begin to answer) to your question?
